There’s no surfin’ like snow surfin’!

Today we faced the bitter winds and ice as we headed straight to Tullan Strand for our morning waves. Although the waves were small enough (’bout 1 foot) we made the most of the small surf, as we all tried to catch the same waves together! It kinda worked.. no broken bones anyways! 😀 Then to our amazement it began to snow! It was great – we all felt like surfing penguins!

After our surf, we were like icicles and couldn’t wait to defrost with a lovely hot shower & also fill our bellies with some yummy lunch! Fully defrosted & with tummies full, we headed back to the DAC and ran over our French in preparation for our work experience tomorrow. We planned our indoor games, outdoor games and other fun icebreakers! Let’s just hope the french students understand us! (I’ll be learning the basics of French tonight anyways!)

Au Revoir,

Clo
